What you can expect during a massage?

Before your massage therapy session starts, we will ask how we can personalise todays massage.

We will enquire about symptoms you may have in order to provide the best service possible. We will also explain the techniques that will be used.

Depending on preference, oil or lotion will be used. Inform us if you might be allergic to any ingredients.

This is your massage session so inform us if we are pushing too hard, ask for lighter pressure. We want you to feel good throughout the session and more relaxed at the end.
